How to see status of a sent fax?

Click sent menu on the left, you'll see a list of sent faxes, there is a status column telling whether it was queued or delivered/failed

Every time you send a fax the recepient address is automatically saved in your contacts. just click "Choose From Contacts" button and select the right number

What is the recipient format allowed?

Make sure that your number has the prefix (+) followed by the international country code and the local phone number. Eg. : +1 669 200 10 10 or +16692001010

What file types (formats) can I upload in the send fax page?

The following file types are supported: PDF files, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, PNG, TIFF

What is the maximum size of attached documents in a fax?

The maximum file size for each and all files should not exceed 20 MB.

How Do I Sign a Fax Online with FaXst?

Click Account menu on the left, then choose Signature tab, draw or upload your signatures. in the sending page, when you upload the pdf file, it will show each page of it, click choose the page you want to add signature, then click "Add Signature" button in the top

How do I receive faxes?

Unlike sending, you need a fax number to receive faxes. you can buy a number in the console. we provide you a free number in premium plan.

How to send faxes via email?
